SERVICE AGREEMENT
By using this website or by using any of the Services provided by Revzo.com you accept the terms of business set out on this page. This Agreement is made between Revzo.com ("we", "us", "our") and "you", the "User".
DEFINITIONS
"Services" means using our web pages, hosting content on our server (or a server operated by a third-part on our behalf), using the Revzo content managment system and any other service or facility provided by us to you.
"Server" means the computer server equipment operated by us in connection with the provision of any service.
"Web Site" means the area on the Server or any sever maintained for us allocated by us to you for use by you as a site on the Internet.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Services you have access to depends on your agreed package and amount paid for service.
We shall use our reasonable endeavours to make available to you at all times the Server and the Services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or down-time of the Server.
We reserve the right to suspend the Services or the website as a whole at any point without prior notice to our Users. In the events of Services being discontinued, this would not affect a User's own website but would mean that support is no longer available. Any Users paying for our service annually would be entitled to a pro-rata refund.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you on or through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libellous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
In addition, you agree not to use the Service or the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish or display using our servies.
You may not upload content that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. Revzo.com will delete or remove (without notice) any content which we feel might be offensive, illegal or that violates the terms set out above.
PAYMENT
All payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling. All charges payable by you for the Services shall be in accordance with rate published at the time of purchase. If published rates should change after your purchase, you will not be entitled to any refund, in full or in part.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
Revzo.com is not responsible for the content of external websites.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit Users from uploading, posting materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. When we receive notification of copyright infringement, we will remove the infringing material after review. The accounts of repeat infringers may be disabled.
LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
HEADINGS
Headings are included in this Agreement for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions together with any documents expressly referred to in them, contain the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous Agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral: between us in relation to such matters No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made expressly in this Agreement.
